- The Fowler City Council met on Friday July 7, 2017. In attendance Mayor Brett , Kendra Dowell, Dudley Strong by phone, TJ Milford by phone, Mark Dierking by phone. TJ made a Motion to approve Medrano’s Temporary CMB License for Threshing Day’s. Kendra 2nd. Motion passed 4-0. Kendra made a Motion to Adjorn, TJ 2nd and Motion passed 4-0.
